The current workflow is,
A user has to add a company, before he can add a Job.
Can we just make it a TEXT FIELD, rather than a Drop Down, as 90% of users, dont waste time on adding company and all.
Let me know please.

I understand.
But im running a Local Classifieds website, where ppl just come and post and go and then wait for calls.
So, I got like 300 emails requesting to change the workflow.
Just need to make that company field as TEXT field.
