JS is always offline was created by saavedrajj

Hi, today i bought the comercial version of JSJobs (saavedrajj at gmail.com) but the jsjobs frontend is always offline?? why?

At backend:
JSJobs>Admin>Configurations
Offline is set NO

I also bought commerical version today and activated it but still Jsjobs is always offline at frontend , please helps us
