XML parsing error was created by Wogan

Hi,

when I try to link the menu to js jobs I get an error:
XML Parsing Error at 1:1. Error 4: Not well-formed (invalid token)

I am using joommla 1.5.15 and the latest free js jobs component.
Any idea why I get this error?

I receive the same error when adding one of the JS Job options as menu link
