How to show quick job search text box in front end was created by Atul Deshmukh

Hello guys
I am looking to display quick job search, instead of advanced job search, (1) Such as job title Keywords | Location | Functional Area | Experience | Salary Min - Max and would like to display it on the front page, or anywhere it could be displayed. (2) There should be Next Button to proceed to next tabs instead of save resume on add resume form.
