Can't purchase a package created was created by Rafael

Hi there!
I created two new free packages, one for Employers and one for Job Seekers.
The issue is when the user purchase one of them, it is not assigned to the user. So the user continues with the same package assigned at registration.

version: 1.0.7.2 - b

The option 'Admin'->'Configurations'->'Package'->'Only Once Job Seeker get Free Package' has to be 'No'
