it no worky... and i have it set to no in the back-end

I also am not logged into the sites front end, nor is anyone else

Please change the configuration
Admin > JS Jobs > Admin > Configurations > Site Setting > Offline: No.

At front-end, wait for expire session or use other browser for changes.

Honestly, I promise you, it is set to NO... I tried firefox, IE, and Chrome... no go, still says offline
