I would also like to know what file format is to be used ( .xls, .txt, .doc, etc.) and an example of what it should look like.

For example is this right for a TXT, or XLS, or what type of format file?

United States, Oregon, Washington, Forest Grove

JS Jobs Docs don't show this.
