Erase user fields in the admin panel

Erase user fields in the admin panel was created by Hans-Peter
The feature to be able to create user fields in Company and Jobs is nice, but it cannot be erased anymore. All user fields created in the Admin panel are unerasable.
How can I fix that?

You can unpublished company and job fields. Some basic fields can\'t unpublished.

To unpublished job fields
Admin > JS Jobs > Jobs > Fields Ordering
