Hello,

Using the free version of js support ticket for joomla and I have created a new default department for tickets but this is not coming up when creating a ticket. It is an available option but 'Select department' is still selected by default.

Users are also able to submit a ticket when 'select department' is selected even though I have set this to be a required field.

Please advise.
