HI,
when I anser a support ticket and I put content in the message field this content will not be displayex in the ticket. Tehrer is an empty field??? Think is a big bug. Need fast help please!!!!

Iam using WP 4.2.3. and the Pro Version 1.0.7 form JS Support Ticket
