Staff can't filter tickets assigned to him

Hi

The Staff members can see all tickets of all other staff members, which is a little bit chaotic as each worker should work only on their own Tickets.

Is it possible that each staff member see only the tickets assigned to them?

Hi,

Staff member can see all this allowed department tickets.
If you want to see only assigned ticket.
Do not assign any department to any staff member.
Admin assign ticket to staff member manually, now other staff member can not view all tickets.
