Hi,
how can I use the custom user fields that I added on new responses and premade mails?
Now, at Email Template area, It only shows:
Parameters
{USERNAME} : Username
{SUBJECT} : Subject
{TRACKINGID} : Tracking ID
{HELP_TOPIC} : Help Topic
{EMAIL} : Email
{MESSAGE} : Message
{TICKETURL} : Ticket URL
I would need to add: {my-custom-field}
That would allow us to make real custom mails like invoices, quotes, etc.. and save a lot of time re-typing the information that user previously upload.
