Transfer Department -> Email

Is it possible that only special departments send an email when the ticket is transfered?


Ticket is create in Department 1 -> automatic EMail sending to customer

Ticket is transfered to Department 2 -> No Email sending

Ticket is transfered to Department 3 -> automatic EMail to customer

So far I only found out that the emails are always sent, or not at all.

Any Ideas?

No, system will send email to customer in all cases.
