How do you get the email notification when a user creates a ticket?

Is this a pro feature?

Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Mail Setting > New Ticket

If it is a free feature, I am unable to get it to function and I have checked all of the settings.

When users create a ticket, the admin does NOT receive an email (checked spam folder also).

I would like to use this app, but if I can not get this to function I will need to try something else.
