From where I can change the role of employer /jobseeker? Thanks!

You can change it within your administrator. Once you select JS Jobs component, select "user roles" and in the left sidebar select "users" from the user roles option.

If you are trying to change it as a user and not administrator I have the same question. I want my users to be able to be both an employer and job seeker or be able to change it freely in case they lose a job or have a job but would like to look for a new one.

Any ideas on how to make it easier for users to change roles themselves?
