Ok fixed it.
just made a default value into jobcategory field in MysqL

Dude, another problem.

I had created custom fields with drop down options list.

Now if I create a job and select one such option in one of my custom field, then frontend output always shows a static one , and not the one which we slect on backend.
What can be the issue ?
