First of all, don't panic, as you know i'd the same issue but for a reason that i don't know it works once i asked for help to the jsjob's team and then, they did not do anything.

The stuff is that with your current jobseeker user, it still does not work, i suggest you should create a new one and then you'll see but first of all, check everything before.
