Where you can change the language in the administrative part? P.e. to Spanish.

Sorry for not answering before, I've been away. I made the indicated changes and it does not work in Spanish (Back-end and Front-end). Is there any option in the settings?
I'm confused.

Hi everyone.

I need your help. I read this topic and I am not sure to apply the same steps.
I was translating the file for the admin and then I uploaded a part of it to see if it was working and I found out that the translation is not working. I tried to install an old translation to spanish I downloaded and I couldn't update it. Now I am reading that we have to download from www.transifex.com/joom-sky/js_jobs/language/es_ES/ and I opened the file and I found out that it is quite different from the one I have so, I am not sure to apply any changes.
How can I update the language to Spanish in front-end and back-end now? My version is 1.1.1-B (that is what it is written in my about icon despite I did the update to 1.1.1 (without the , and it is a pro version.
