Hi,
I enable and configure Ticket via email with success. I had confirmation message that extension is well connected to my imap server.
I made a test and my ticket is not updated.
I check my cron which seems fine.
So I typed in browser url
mywebsite.com/index.php?option=com_jssup...mail&task=readEmails
in order to do by hand the reading mail process.
I clean cache and I don't see my answer by mail on the ticket: not in frontend, not in backend.
IS someone already had this issue?
