How do you change what is a required field in the component.

As some of the jobs that my members want to post may NOT have information you have marked as required.
Isn't that a feature that the administrator of the site should have the ability to decide?

Same problem here. You are usualy very responsive, please let us know how to acomplish that?

I have the same problem - I can't fill in the e-mail field of the company because the applications will always be posted.

If it is not possible mo choose wether or not to deactivate the field I will use a dummy adress to collect all the mails.
