We are new to using JS Jobs and are about to launch it. What is the difference between a gold job and a featured job? Or a gold or featured employer? I work for a recruitment company, so we may not need these features.

Is there any other way to 'promote' specific jobs to our jobseekers? Like say every week we choose 5 that we think are great jobs.

What about promoting our jobseekers - if we have some great resumes?
