Q1. I was wondering if i am able to set my country to england but remove it from all field?

i suppose you only wanna show cities, do you?

By default, country is choosen in first and the others details come, but in you case, you can replace countries by cities, then visitors will choose between cities by default.

Dont forget in the backend to "hide" states, counties and cities
