My future suggestion is to include Adding subcategories and Which user can access which category also should be included.

Subcategories:
I mean if we create computers as one category it will have many branches rite. We should provide subcategories to be added under the main category.

Access Level:
Suppose a job seeker from computer science had came he should see all the categories that belongs to his subject and should now allow him the access for the other jobs even if he gets the link from his neighbors. So that a recruiter can get good applications. I really like this component. If the above mentioned features are also there than this component is perfect for all type of requirements.
