First of all, i would suggest a better package manager, why? you'd ask to me

Actually, package can be well managed if payments are done online (Paypal, ...) and if packages are common for all employers but if we want to create a package for each employers (customized packages), it's getting more difficult to manage.
in that case, i would suggest in companies area (backend of course) to add the choice of packages to select.

Second of all, would it be possible to to manage one employer account with several users?
Many of companies manage their HR with differents departments, so, an user account can be created for each department.
