Employer is able to associate job with a Categorie and a Departement, but Jobseeker not.
So an employer wants to search for a jobseeker that has already worked in this departement, he/she is not able to do it.

At least for last employment (but better if for all employmwnt) it is usefull to select categories and departements.

Can I suggest you to show in the box for the categories to show also the subcategories?
At least a number to indicate in configuration.
For example, with "3" you show the columns of the categories and under each of these you show 3 subcategories.

This is useful when the categories are few, but there are many subcategories in total.
