In JS Jobs there are no some necessary fields

Company Type.
It is been published a reasearch for a job position in accouning, but... from who?
From a company or from an head hunters?

Sector Company.
Accounting/Financy where? In a Factory or in a Bank?

Actual position
At the moment the jobseeker is employed?

There are no also some useful fields

Salutation
Mr, Mrs, Doct., ...

Type of study
Graduated where? In Technology or in a medical university?
For a position of DB Administrator peraphs it is useful know it.

In general what is "wrong" in JS Jobs is the approach.
Like many other programs it is thought for jobseekers that are searching for a job in a lot of these.
Instead, at the moment, there are few companies that are searching for a candidate in a lot of resumes and so is not easy to search for a candidate without some fields where to apllicate the filters.
In JS Jobs the candidate have to write skill and experiences in text area.
So a candidate can write "programmer" and another "developer" and another again "development programs", but the job is the same.

I'm sorry, but I've noted that with Business version and its user fields it is possible to create these fields. So my suggest is useless.

What is missing now it is the possibility to assign the user field to the search engine.
