components/com_jsjobs/views/jobseeker/tmpl/new_injsjobs.php at line 71 :

<?php echo JText::_(\'JS_WELCOME_JSJOBS_TEXT\'); ?>

This text : JS_WELCOME_JSJOBS_TEXT is define in these files\' languages

language\\gb-GB\\gb-GB.com_jsjobs.ini and
administrator\\language\\gb-GB\\gb-GB.com_jsjobs.ini
