I have an existing job board using Joomlart's solution, but I'm looking to change. Can you answer some questions before I do?

1) Do you happen to have a migrator from Joomlart's Job Board component to pull in data from that component?
2) Does your component have a radius-based search, where users can search within a certain number of miles from a city or zip code?
3) Can employers elect to have job seekers go to their own website rather than apply through the job board?
4) Is there a way to sell job listings on a per-job basis? It appears that pricing is based on a certain number of active jobs per time period. Is that correct?
5) Can employers post anonymous postings outside of creating an "Anonymous" company to post under?
