Hi,
how can I redirect user after registration ?

I dnt want my user to go in control panel because there is one profile option when user click on profile he goes to wordpress profile page .
so I hide control panel for both jobseeker and for employers.
now there is option in configuration to redirect user after registration I tried that method also but its not working .

please suggest me how can I redirect user ?
and how can I stop user to see wordpress profile page if user click on control panel profile option ?
