Upon installation there did not appear to be a problem but when I tried to create menu items for the job seeker and employer control panels, I saw error "XML Parsing Error at 1:3. Error 4: not well-formed (invalid token)" - not sure where to fix this. The menu items do get created, but it bothers me that there was an error.

Please help.
