Hello,
I've been looking your manual, and i don't understand some parts, 1st: what do you mean make 2 menus (Where, i'm new in Joomla, and i have last version Joomla 2.5), can you explain me in normal language, what i need to do to install this?

Hi,
You need menu on front-end to display jobs. So create menu for job seeker.
Admin > Menus > Main Menu > New > Press 'Select' in front of Menu Item Type * > Click on 'Job Seeker Control Panel' in jsjobs. Enter menu title and click 'Save'
Same steps to create menu for employer [Employer Control Panel] to add jobs.
