I can not install js_suport_ticket_pro

I can not install js_suport_ticket_pro was created by Eva

I tried to install the module with several methods, when I try from directory in the folder tmp with the unzipped file it tells me it could not find xml file of joomla configuration, error the route does not contitne any valid package can not find the package of installation

Re-download zip file again and try to install.
