Hello, I would like to konw how to rename:

1. Open Ticket to Submit Requests

2. My Tickets to My Requests

Hi,

You can edit in language file.

WP
../plugins/js-support-ticket/languages/

After edit, you need it to open in POEdit and save it, copy .mo file and upload in languages folder.

Joomla
../administrator/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_jssupportticket.ini
