I have two questions/observations when allowing visitors to apply:

1) It doesn't seem that this functionality is working. I looked at the demo, and it is happening there too. I set "Vistor Can Apply To Job" to "Yes", but on the front end, it gives the message, "Visitors are not allow to apply jobs, please register"

2) When visitors ARE allowed to apply, does it create an account for them when they do?
