I have the files:
1. for_use_js_jobs_com_jsjobsini_en_ES.ini
2. admin.zip
3. site.zip
Where should I put each one?
What are the necessary steps?

My file with the translation I already renamed it as en_ES.com_jsjobs.ini.
But there is no directory called: ../administrator/language/en_ES/

As you recommended, I have installed the extension .- spanish translation from:
joomlacode.org/gf/project/jtranslation3_...&frs_package_id=6445

The answer was: Extension installed correctly.

However, the directory that you mention:
  ../administrator/language/en_ES/ still does not appear.

What's going on ?.
