How can we make it appear on the resume list and how can i access the "high rated users " ?

These rating only for employer on specific job.
These rating is not available for public.

hi,
i saw that and that's i want to do . Let employer view their best rated employee.

The data are stored, just have to know where so i can show it on a page.

How can we make it appear on the resume list and how can i access the "high rated users " ?
