Hello,
Guest can review the jobs list without any problem but the problem for login user. They need to select the role (Employer or Job SeeKer). Is there options to turn off this role for login user. I want my Login user can view job without select the role to become Employer or Job SeeKer.

Sorry for inconvenience.
When you disable this configuration, user not allow to select the role. Then role of the user will be Job Seeker.
