Hi - Need User Guide 106 Business Complete Version.

Need Guidance to set up "New Packages" under "Payments" > "Employer Packages". Cannot locate where you address this funtion in the existing guide which is currently available for download.

I just need the parameters and values allowed.

Then lastly will it be possible to acquire the User Guide in MS Word or any other Wordprocessor/ Editor in order to develop a guide for our Own Users without going through the strenuous efforts to retype and redo everything all over?
