Does a resume automatically get publlished once it comes through the queue?

Is there anywhere we can store a copy? Then publish the copy?
Can we just create a folder to store these that is only available to administrators?
The copy may have personal information removed first, that is why we don't want to publish the original.

The same for a job posting.
Once we approve it, does it get published?

We want to keep the originals available for the jobseeker and the employer to see, but we may need to edit them slightly prior to posting them.
