How do I apply a saved resume to a job posting? was created by Eric Whobrey

As an admin, I want to take a saved resume and apply it to a specific job posting. I can see the resumes, I can see the jobs, but I have no way to apply any resume to any job.

Hi,

Employer can not apply to a job.
Job seeker can not post a job.

but i want employer can apply resume...
for example employer search the resume and now he want apply some of them...!!
in my case job seeker contact info not publish. so how employer apply job seeker resume via admin?
plz help.(sorry for my poor english)
