I seem to have a bit of an issue with my form layout. What file do I need to look into to be able to rectify it? Thanks in advance.

That only appears to change the form layout itself but not the actual page layout. What I want is the form following on from the section heading rather than it being in another column.

Yes, this is form layout and i only control the form layout.
