is there any possibility to customize the url for a single company or a single job?

I have: myaddress.com/component/jsjobs/company/viewcompany/company-COMPANYXY...

I would like to have: myaddress.com/COMPANYXY

I think the solution would be a menu item for a single company. Is something like that available / possible?

And is there a possibility to remove component/jsjobs/ from the url?
