Can\'t Get to RESUME page was created by Justin

Help! I cannot get to the resume form/file upload page. When I click on this either from a main menu link or at the top of the page on the job categories listing, I constantly get an error:
Internet Explorer Cannot Open the Internet Site
xxxxxx
Operation Aborted

I have tried this in 2 different installations of Joomla. One had search engine friendly URLs and the other did not. Also, all users are allowed to submit resumes. I have to be missing something. Please let me know if you can help.

Did you ever get an answer on this question? We\'re having the same problem and we\'re using SEF404 rewriting.
