Had to say, that the ploblem exist with a sample data.

Already found  " cannotunpublished" in "email_address" field in "js_job_fieldsordering" via phpMyAdmin,  but when it disable it in database, i can not save CV.
How can i hide email adress? 
In  my bussiness  emploer can not see any contact details in the CVs
