How to get HTML style in description.? was created by basicdesign

Hello I\'m making new jobs and use the HTML editor to, but when I save it and watch the frontend it change to normal text. It automaticly removed the enters and bullets.

Can anyone help me.?

i have the same problem... why we use a wysiwyg editor if the text shows as plain text? i want to show as html
