2 apply now buttons , one works ! the other not !

2 apply now buttons , one works ! the other not ! was created by ravn

I uses a paid version for joomla 1.7
here is my werdiest bug I found quite embarassing

from the newest jobs panel, if I click directly the job title link , I get to the job content
but the below link " apply now" get me to a page with empty jobs content and no id job

if I go to newest jobs , I see a list of jobs ==> the apply now link redirects me to a page with a apply button => this works fine !
BUT THIS NOT THE NORMAL WAY for a basic user

what is the prb ?

Please send me site link.

Employer can not have Apply Now button. Only job seeker have apply button.

Same at demo site
