I inserted the job date like this 6/12/2013 when posting a new job, then I manually approved the job in the admin, when I got back to frontend, my surprise: Job expired.

Opened it to check it out, and it was displaying: 1970-01-01 00:00:00

So that means every time an user post a job date manually, he will see face that issue. How can I solve that?
