In the US, employers and agencies get in trouble if we list nationalities, gender, and age. If these fields are showing, I just can't use the component, which I love otherwise.

So can we get instructions as to where we can modify this code? It will help out a lot of your clients that are US based because there are a few fields that I am unable to disable that absolutely must go including the ones that marketsetc.com suggested? Also, can we get a radio option for selections other than just dropdowns and checkboxes? Thanks
