for the highest education field of a job posting there seems to be some issues for the translation from the backend to the frontend. The backend keeps it all straight, but if you post No School in the backend, the frontend shows College, and there is no possible way to get No School to show up. Please let me know how to fix this.

the issue is on the veiwjob page, after the job has been posted and you are looking at it from the frontend.
