Auto fill username

Auto fill username was created by JC

Hi,

I want to know if is possible that when a user is logged and want to submmit a ticket, username and email fields automatically.

Hi,

Username is already auto filled and hide from user.
Email address is also auto filled but user can change it.

If staff open ticket, it mean staff open a ticket on behalf of other user.
When he select user, email is auto filled.

I have a user logged in but the email address in not auto filled and still empty , also there is another field asks for "full name " I do not want a logged in user fill out this options again , what should I do?
